During Week #5...

My water consumption seems to be slipping a bit. I really really have to force myself to drink all my water these days. The weekends are a bit rougher, but if I need to, I'll drink most of my daily consumption within a few hours and get it over with. Of course, I know that I should be spreading it out over the day, but it's better than nothing. I will get back on track this week.

No excuses!

That is one of my problems too.
Most of the time at work I am fine but at home, is where I have the problem.
At work I fill up a 8 cup jug and sip it all day. Most of the time I drink 1/2 by lunchtime and then the other 1/2 by the time I go home.
then at night I don't really worry, i just drink when I want to.

Brian I find water helps me when I am hungry so it might help you too.
