So far, so good!

Had a temptation tonight to eat fast food. Was out visiting family and we ended up eating at a seafood takeout. I passed, thank you very much! Everything was breaded. No can do. Luckily, I wasn't hungry anyway. Since I've been on low-carb, those massive hunger swings and cravings have disappeared. Woohoo! So as much as I like deep-fried fish, clams and scallops, I took a pass. Have a ham boiling now and lots of food for tomorrow. :) So I'm good.

Keep it up Brian, just be ready for a really weak moment and hang on!!!

Thanks. :) Temptations are normal in anything. I just have to remember that I control them, not the other way around.

You're right.
YOU controlling food instead of it controlling you is so much better.

Hey good for you. Reminds me of the documentary/movie What the bleep. you must have seen it.Depicts very well how the brain is wired and how habits can be changed on the long run.

Thanks, Brian. Yeah, it's going well. Very motivated. That movie you mentioned was a pre-cursor to The Secret. I haven't seen it yet, but I hear good things about it. I should rent it one of these fine days and watch it! I haven't forgotten Lidia's e-mail. Will respond soon.
