Week #10: *phew* Lost 3 lb!

After last week's 2-lb gain, I managed to get back on track (even though I really didn't realize that I was OFF track!) and lost the gain plus an extra pound on top of that. Current loss is now 39 lb in 10 weeks! Pretty good! Onwards and upwards... oops... I mean downwards! hehe

No excuses!

Did you figure out what you did differently or did you just continue on what you were doing?

Hi Wanda - Nope... not for sure. It may have just been an off week. Maybe things weren't just functioning right, I dunno. Seems to be back on track. :)
