Week #12: Down 0.5 lb

Every week that I slack off on the water, I definitely see it at the scales. A reminder to everyone losing weight: Water keeps you hydrated and helps flush out your system! Every week that I've been "bad" on water, I've paid the price. Although I did manage to lose a little bit, I'm convinced that it could have been at least 2 lb if I'd drank enough water. So back to the water bottle I go!! It's all good, though! Better than gaining. New grand total: -43.5 lb.

No excuses!
