A week from hell... but...

I never waivered once from my low-carb plan! I felt like eating a cake on Wednesday evening, but I stayed true to my philosophy of "No excuses!".

During Week #5...


My water consumption seems to be slipping a bit. I really really have to force myself to drink all my water these days. The weekends are a bit rougher, but if I need to, I'll drink most of my daily consumption within a few hours and get it over with. Of course, I know that I should be spreading it out over the day, but it's better than nothing. I will get back on track this week.

Week #4: Two more gone!


Well, week #4 is over and another 2 lb are gone for a total of 21 lb. Starting to feel it now. Certainly felt it in the clothes this week, although the loss wasn't as large as in previous weeks. It's all good and is moving in the right direction!

Next target: The 30 lb mark!

No excuses!
