Week #30: Down -0.5 lb for a total of -83 lb

I had another loss this week, which is great. I'm looking to speed things up again and start chugging along quickly to the -100 lb mark. It's on the horizon. I can see it!

This week: The nuts are outta here! I will eat a few here and there, but the bowl of walnuts waiting to be munched on are gone until next Christmas. They're slowing me down. Also, eating a huge meal the night before the weigh-in is a no-no. On a whim, I went out to supper last night with my cousin and ate half the restaurant. All low-carb... but still. What's worse is that I had a nice light meal planned out - lobster, smoked salmon, brie cheese... a nice salad. I mean, c'mon! Can't get any better than that, right? I'll have it today at lunch.

But I'm not complaining. I still had a loss and am moving in the right direction. I'm committed to kick-starting the 2-3 lb losses again now that the holidays are over. It WILL happen.
