Week #31: Down -3.5 lb for a total of -86.5 lb

Woohoo is right! After a few weeks of lower losses, I had a nice loss this week of -3.5 lb. Very happy about that. Finally got rid of those walnuts in the shell that had been problematic. Walnuts are great... but not 500 of them. Ha! They seem to be out of the stores now that Christmas is over, so no more temptation there.

Completely back on track this past week. The water intake was there. Ate very well. Feel great. All is good.

No excuses.
