Week #37: Down by -2 lb for a total of -92 lb


Happily, last week's quasi-inexplicable gain was wiped out this week by a 2 lb loss. I think I ate pretty much the same way this week, so I'm still not sure what happened. Go figure, eh? I'll likely drive myself crazy trying to analyze it, so let's just assume everything is back on track!

Reminders: Watch the intake of nuts and be sure to drink water! The water has proven to be a major key to success.

Until next week, y'all be happy and keep up the good work. Hopefully, I'll find a few minutes to post that eggplant lasagna! I've been meaning to do that forever. It's really good!
