Week #56: Up 2 lb for a total of -102.5 lb

Up and down. Up and down. Up and down.

For the past several weeks, I've been gaining and losing the same 2 lb. Enough already! Looks like I may have to break down and exercise. Grrrr... I will have to start walking, I think.

I'm frustrated, but not discouraged. The rest of this damn weight will come off.

No excuses!!

I hope you're not offended by my saying this, but I couldn't recommend the "Smartest Loser" program more! I was hesitant to apply at first.. I had already lost 90lbs on my own... I somehow thought that the weight I'd lose during the program would be less 'significant' or 'mine'. But the best part about the program is most definitely the exercises/bootcamp/trainers part! Now we're exercising 6 days a week and I have never felt better! Check if you're interested :) They are now accepting applications for the next round, and I'm SO excited that we have the opportunity to get involved and help! All of the current participants couldn't be more grateful to the program and the organizers...

THAT said, you've come this far, I know, and you know, that you can go all the way! If you don't quit, you can't fail! You are maintaining your weight right now, which is no small feat! You're still doing amazing, you'll start losing again once you're ready!
