Week #43: Down another -2 lb for a total of -98 lb

After a stall that lasted two weeks, I'm back on the "losing" track (which is actually the "winning" track when you're talking about weight loss!). I'm only 2 lb away from the -100 mark!! I'll get there!!

I spent all weekend cooking low-carb meatloaf, ham, ribs and other goodies to last me through the week. The key to maintaining a low-carb program is PREPARATION and PLANNING. My lunches are made for the week. I have lots of cold meats, cheeses, coleslaw, eggs and other goodies ready for meals and snacking.

It's gonna be a great week, folks. I hope it is for you, too!

No excuses!!
