Week #46: Up 2.5 lb for a total of -97.5 lb

Oh Lord! This is what happens when you start snacking on high-calorie nuts again and get really slack with the water. Sigh!!!! Obviously, this was not the result I wanted after finally hitting the -100 lb mark a couple of weeks ago.

Hunker down. Eat right. Cut out the damn nuts (because it's definitely a problem - not because you can't have them on low carb), and DRINK WATER!!!!

I'm not impressed, but that's no excuse.

No excuses!
