Week #47: Down -4.5 lb for a total of -102 lb

Yessssssssss... After last week's gain, I lost what I put on plus a bit of interest! Very happy about that. I guess sometimes the body just needs to adjust a bit, right? This week, I cut down massively on my nut intake and made sure that I drank all my water. What a nice way to start the week!

In a few weeks, I hope to be able to have the time to pay a bit more attention to this blog. Other factors in my work and volunteer life have taken over. By the end of May, things should be back to normal.

Onwards and... downwards! :)
