Week #89: Gained +2 lb for a total of -112 lb

OK... I haven't pushed the panic button just yet, but it's time to get serious here. Things have been slow as molasses lately and I'm now up +6 lb from my all-time high loss of -118 lb reached just before Christmas.

I'm not discouraged... just frustrated. I'm continuing on the path of weight loss. I know I need to start exercising (PLEASE DON'T SUGGEST THAT I START... I KNOW I SHOULD!)

Anyway, with that said, I also need to change my attitude. I'm a big believer in the Law of Attraction and have to admit that I've started to "expect" to gain lately, so it's become a self-fulfilling prophecy.

That's over now!

This week, I will be down at least by -1 lb.

Oh, and while I'm at it... I realize people are trying to "help" when they do this, but I'm really not interested in reading articles about studies debunking low-carb. I'm not going to read them. I just erase them. So please don't waste your time sending them to me. I believe in low-carb and I will continue on this path for as long as it takes.

Never mind the naysayers. It obviously works for you, so great! Low-carb also works for my husband. He's lost about 12 lbs in the past 6 weeks, and is on his way to his goal - about 30 lbs ttl.
