Week #105: Lost -0.5 lb for a total of -108 lb

This was a pretty good week. Stayed on track, although water on the weekend still remains a real challenge. During the week, it's pretty easy because I am at my desk at work and it's right there... but the weekends are lot less structured. Maybe I need a strategy for that!

Commitment hasn't waivered one tiny bit. Still on track and motivated. I'd rather have a lengthy stall than start gaining back in a big way any day! Those days are GONE, baby!

Onwards and "down"wards as they say!

Thanks, Jim. I've been stalled for awhile... Lost it much faster than 105 weeks.
