Week #116: Lost -1.5 lb for a total of -105 lb

The photo pretty much says it all. After last week's rather large gain, some of it came off this week.

Definitely need to cut back on snacking on high-calorie treats like nuts. A few per week is OK, but eating nuts is like eating chips. You just can't have one! By the time I realize I'm even eating them, I've wolfed down 1,000 calories worth.

They are banned for the rest of the week!

September after Labour Day is a welcome return to routine. Diets and "ways of eating" like routine. Much easier to follow when everything is "normal".
