Week #118: Lost -4.5 lb for a total of -106.5 lb

What a pleasant surprise after last week's debacle. I'm still not sure how I did it, other than sticking to the plan. I did eat a few more nuts this week than I likely should have (i.e. pistachios), but stayed away from peanuts (which are really legumes) and cashews.

Water intake was good and I got back into cooking some low-carb recipes in the slow cooker, which I greatly enjoy! I made orange pork loin (with cubed turnips and pumpkin!) and even made ribs on Saturday! Very nice. Made a couple of batches of coleslaw, too, which was nice. Hadn't had that in awhile. I must have been getting bored with what I was eating.

Let's hope for another loss this week!
