Week #119: Gained +1 lb for a total of -105.5 lb

After last week's big and unexpected loss, this was a "stay stable" week. I gained +1 lb, but nothing out of the ordinary. A pound up, a pound down.

Have started cooking stuff again. I love the fall and have rid myself of the food rut I've been in - always eating the same stuff. I'm experimenting with low-carb desserts, slow cooker recipes, etc., and am having a great time. Of course, if I find anything out of this world, I'll post the recipe for you to enjoy, too!

If I can do it, so can you!
