Week #131: Lost -1 lb for a total of -103 lb

Had a pretty good week and lost -1 lb. Was quite happy about that. Nothing much to report other than CHRISTMAS is on Friday and probably the most challenging time of the year is upon us for anyone watching their weight.

Be strong and stick to the plan! Just because it's Christmas, it doesn't mean you need to go crazy.

Many of us will eat too much (including me, I'm sure), but stick with low-carb foods and don't fall back into the sugar fix.
