Week #88: Stayed the same for a total of -114 lb

Well, it's better than gaining, that's all I have to say. I'm not sure what else to say this week that I didn't say last week.

I was a bit afraid of gaining after I made a few nice low-carb desserts this week - especially the Jell-O fluff recipe that I posted the other day. I scarfed down the entire thing rather quickly until I noticed that it served 10-12. Yikes!

Short and sweet this week. Everything is cool and life is good!

If I can do it, so can you!

No excuses!
