Week #94: Lost -1.5 lb for a total of -109.5 lb

Phew! Well this week was certainly better than last week! Last Monday was just one of those crappy days. I usually try not to let them get to me that badly, but it seemed like the perfect storm - literally.

We got 35 cm of snow (more than 1 ft) last Monday, I woke up with a splitting headache, and then got on the scale and gained 3 lb. Bad day? Yup. Big time. I'm still 8.5 lb heavier than my lowest on this journey, however am bound and determined to make it to the end!

This week was a bit easier, though, and I was happy to lose -1.5 lb. It was a much easier week, schedule-wise. I spend all day yesterday preparing food for the week, which was great. I really enjoy cooking. My staples are ham, chicken, coleslaw, boiled eggs, deli meats and cheeses. As long as I have that ready in the refrigerator, I'm A-OK to go! Also, I've really gotten into riced cauliflower. With a bit of soy sauce and seasoning, it's an excellent substitute for rice!

As usual, I have some recipes that I need to get posted. I will try to do that this week!
