Week #95: Lost -1.5 lb for a total of -111 lb

It was nice to see a loss for the second week in a row after a few weeks of gaining. I've gone back to the basics, pretty much, with no low-carb desserts and staying away from calorie-dense foods for the most part. I'm having a lot of cold suppers that include meat, coleslaw and cheese.

My sincere apologies for not updating more than I have lately. It's been an absolutely brutal winter/spring and I've been extremely busy. Regardless, things are going well and this only stresses the need of remaining diligently organized so that the fridge is always full of good low-carb food!
