Week #97: Lost -2.5 lb for a total of -111 lb


Woohoo! Last week's gain was erased this week as I headed back toward my goal! Very happy about that. I knew I'd lost when I shook my hand yesterday and my ring flew off! That's a sure sign! Ha! (Luckily, I found the ring!)

Although I wasn't great on water intake this week, I did watch the high-calorie foods that have sabotaged me in the past. Obviously, it paid off.
