Week #102: Lost -2.5 lb for a total of -107.5 lb

Geez, it's been a few weeks since my last loss, so I'm feeling all weepy! Ha!

This was a pretty good week! I upped my intake of vegetables, especially leafy greens, which are incredibly good for you. With the arrival of summer just around the corner, I have a hankering for more salads, so that's always good for the waistline!

I watched my nut intake this week, too! I served beer for 3.5 hours at the Atlantic Beer Festival on Saturday night and didn't take one sip, so avoided those terrible beer carbs. It was quite a workout serving literally hundreds and hundreds of people. Exhausing, actually! I felt like I'd run a marathon afterwards.

Martha Stewart had a very cool low-carb (if you omit the cornmeal coating) recipe for crab cakes on her show last week. I'm going to experiment with them when I have a bit of time in the coming days and post a recipe... the first recipe in a long time. I love crab cakes, and these looked delicious!
