Week #106: Stayed the same for a total of -108 lb

The stall continues. Glad I didn't gain, but thought I'd lost. Things are good, though!

I've been eating pretty good lately but need to start walking. Am trying to figure that out now. (Yeah, yeah... heard that before, eh?)

I hope you all had a good week and I hope you're continuing to keep all that nasty sugar out of your diets!
