Week #111: Gained +1 lb for a total of -107 lb


OK, here's a hint for losing weight: Don't eat a bunch of salty peanuts the night before, drink a barrel of water, and then expect to lose. So much for self-sabotage, eh? Grrrr!

Oh well, other than that stupidity, it was a reasonably good week. I've started taking a greens product called Greens +, so will let you know how that goes. It's not necessarily for weight loss (although they have various conconction that claim to help you lose), but I'm taking it to see how I feel after taking it for several weeks.

I feel good, but I guess you can always feel better than "good", eh? Anyway, I'll try it out. I've started making my protein shakes again. I miss them! They're a good filler between meals.

I hope you all have a great week! And remember, the FAD diet is NOT low-carb... it's low-fat. I wish all those low-fat advocates out there would realize that they've created an entire generation of obese soon-to-be diabetics whose health is only getting worse and worse...
