Week #112: Stayed the same for a total of -107 lb

Nothing much to report this week! Managed to make it through a week's worth of vacation and non-routine by maintaining for the week.

Today, I'm back at work and back to the routine!

I've started making protein shakes again, which I quite enjoy! These can take the edge off in the evenings or at other times when the munchies take over (which is thankfully not very often).

This blog will be undergoing major changes in the coming weeks, including a new design, address, etc., so keep in touch for all that!
