Week #126: Gained +1 lb for a total of -101 lb

*sigh* No, don't have any pity for me. I deserve it. I've been terrible at drinking water lately. I was on vacation last week and was not in the regular routine. And we all know that routine is a diet's best friend!

With that said, my nut intake has been through the roof. With the holidays around the corner, the stores are full of nuts in the shell - which I absolutely love. The problem is, they are incredibly high in calories. Only eating a handful of nuts is like only eating 10 pieces of popcorn. Ain't gonna happen.

I'm past the danger zone on this one. The 100-pound mark will not be broken. That is the wall.

Next week: A loss!
