Week #133: Lost -3 lb for a total of -101 lb

Happy New Year... and no, that's not me in the photo. :)

A great start to 2010 as I peeled off -3 lb of those pesky +5 lb I put on during the week of Christmas! Very pleased to see the first weigh-in of the year as a loss!

I am determined to take another chunk of weight off this year after remaining more or less stable in 2009 and to be more active on this blog with recipes, tips and other goodies.

Make 2010 the year you get healthy on a low-carb way of life!

If I can do it, so can you!

No excuses!
