Week #134: Lost -1 lb for a total of -102 lb

This was a pretty good week that was going swimmingly until a day-trip to Halifax on Saturday threw a few wrenches into the works. Nothing disastrous, but hoping for more than -1 lb. But I'll take it! :)

My goal is to put up one recipe video per week this year, so I will be working on that!
