Week #138: Lost -1 lb for a total of -101 lb

I took last week off as vacation, so let's just say that the regular routine went out the window and my water intake was pitiful. Usually, I drink water at my desk all day, but that habit went out the window during my break.

Started up again today and it went well!

I was actually very surprised that I lost weight this week. I just wasn't feeling it, despite the fact that I didn't do anything particularly noteworthy that would cause a weight gain, other than eating too many chicken wings for supper last night.

Anyway, I'll keep this short this week. I'm happy that the week went well and glad to be back into a normal routine.

If I can do it, so can you!

No excuses!
