Week #141: Lost -3.5 lb for a total of -102 lb

Well... THAT was nice to see. I'm not exactly sure what brought on this relatively large loss, but I'm not complaining!

I was quite careful this week and watched the nut intake. Water intake was very good. (Well, I guess I know a little bit of what happened... LOL)

My body obviously readjusted during the week and I got rid of some water that was sticking around inside my system. Feeling much less bloated this week.

I just read a very good book on coconut oil and really enjoyed that! I'll blog about it during the next week or so.

Let's keep this momentum going!
