Week #144: Lost -1 lb for a total of -100 lb

It's spring! The robins are coming back and the snow is melting! The days are longer, too! Very nice to see after a long winter -- despite the fact that it was milder than usual.

This week went much better than last week's unexplained feeding frenzy. I toned things down quite a bit. I took the time to make some delicious protein shakes on the weekend. So good! I'll post my latest version of my favourite recipe at some point in the next week.

I hope everyone out there is doing well and keeping on track!
