Week #146: Lost 0.5 lb for a total of -99.5 lb

Not a bad week, considering the huge Easter meal I had last night at a family dinner! Oof! I could barely move after that one! Ha!

Holiday meals must be planned ahead, especially if you're a guest in another home. I brought some low/lower-carb food with me that went well with some other of the things that people were having. My "treat" was squash (in the old days it would have been a box of chocolates), while I also brought low-carb coleslaw that everyone enjoyed. No dessert, of course, although I could have made something special.

I wasn't sure I would lose after that big meal, but was happy to see a small loss on the scales this morning.

Remember... if I can do it, so can you!

No excuses!
