Week #150: Gained +2 lb for a total of -97.5 lb


After a great week last week, the progress was reversed as two of those blasted pounds came back to roost. Maybe they were lonely? Well tough. I don't want you around any more, so go bug someone else! Ha!

I know what I did wrong. You know when you're tired and eat out at lunch instead of eating the nice lunch your brought to work with you but can't be bothered to eat? Doesn't make a lot of sense... but sometimes I just don't feel like eating what I brought to work no matter how healthy it is!

It's definitely time to get back to simplifying what I eat. A nice vegetable side dish and some fish... or chicken... or beef... or some other protein. Sometimes I overly complicate my menus and get bored eating the same thing all the time. And yes, even complicated menus can get boring.

I think I need to simplify a bit and stop overly complicating every food decision.
