Atkins Diet recipes: Low-carb chicken kabobs



Ingredients:
1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 red peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 oz bacon, chopped

Marinade:

3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp Splenda, optional
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder
