Week #170: Gained +1.5 lb for a total of -93 lb


Oyyyy... not good! Been so busy that I haven't forced myself to plan ahead. This meant lots of (more or less) low-carb takeout... way more than I usually get.

Hunker down!

No excuses!

What do you get for low carb take out?

Not all takeout is strictly low-carb, however I have bought lightly breaded fried chicken in a pinch. The breading isn't great, but in a pinch I can handle it. I also buy hamburgers quite often and eat the patties without the bun. I often buy unbreaded chicken wings from the deli counter quite often. With that said, a lot of this stuff has some bread hidden in it (commercial hamburger patties often do).
