Week #175: Lost -0.5 lb for a total of -93 lb


Another "Hallelujah!" week for me. Routine out the window. Stress, worry and everything else intertwined with that. However, I guess I forgot to eat a few times... didn't have time... was too distracted... and (I think) just eating less calories despite not being perfect did the trick.

My father is still hospitalized and that has resulted in a week of completely no routine. And, as I've written before, a lack of routine is no friend to someone watching what they eat! It's quite the risk!

I hope you all have a good week! This will be another routineless week and I can do is try my best.

With that said...

No excuses!
