Week #177: Lost -4 lb for a total of -94 lb


Wow! After last week's debacle, things turned better this week. I was very careful and it paid off.

No need to say more. Paying attention brings results.

I am pleased.

No excuses!

I recently discovered and luv your blog your blog! I was beginning to wonder if you've lost control of you diet. I've been eating more veggies lately and I can tell even though they've been low carb, I've been fighting an increased appetite and I've gained weight as a result. Congratulations at getting back on track! Now, if only I can do the same...
