Week #135: Lost -1.5 lb for a total of -103.5 lb


Well here we go! Another loss! Happy about that.

This was a pretty basic week with nothing out of the ordinary -- other than a very sick cat that needed an overnight stay at the vet! (She's OK, though, and seems to be on the mend.) Managed to stay on track and am eating a bunch of stuff (from the freezer) that I'd prepared over the Christmas holidays.

In the next few days, I'll be posting a recipe for delicious low-carb almond cookies that taste great and that will be sure to please!

If I can do it, so can you!
