Atkins Diet recipes: Low-carb enchilada chicken paillard

Week #148: Gained +1.5 lb for a total of -97 lb

I'm eating way too much lately. It's not necessarily high-carb, it's portion control.

I don't know what else to say. I'm disgusted and know better. I'm upset with myself.

Despite this setback, I remain determined to continue. There is no other choice. Failure is not an option.

No excuses!
