Week #149: Lost -2.5 lb for a total of -99.5 lb


Well, Hallelujah! I haven't lost weight in so long that I was beginning to forget what it felt like! I had a very good week and stuck to plan. Overate a bit on Saturday with friends at a Chinese buffet, but was perfectly good otherwise.

I made some amazingly delicious faux mac-and-cheese. The recipe is by low-carb chef extraordinaire George Stella. If you haven't tried it, you should. It's crazy good and very filling! I will try and find a few minutes to post it this week. (Haven't been great at posting recipes, though, eh?)

Anyway, it is what it is... and I'm happy with the past week!

If I can do it, so can you!
