Week #169: Lost -2.5 lb for a total of -94.5 lb

Well, now we're talking! I was much more careful this week, although a moment or two slipped through the cracks.

Kept the nut consumption to a minimum. That seems to be the weakness, as I've written before. By the time you've gotten rid of the craving by having a few, you've consumed a good 1,000 or 2,000 calories since they are so high in calories. I don't count calories, but it's very easy to consume 2,000 calories worth of nuts in 10-15 minutes of munching.

Need to get back down to the -100 lb mark... and eventually start losing in earnest again.

No excuses!
