Weeks #180 and #181: Lost -4.5 lb for a total of -96.5 lb

Stress + Christmas = not having enough time to eat = losing weight. No, I don't recommend it, but it's a helluva lot better than gaining!

Last week, I completely forgot to weigh in on Monday morning. Have only done that a couple of times in three years.

Was happy to see a rather large loss this morning. Very relieved.

No excuses!
